I recently had a consultation with Dr. Mahesh Ramalingam and was very impressed with the overall experience. He was professional, approachable, and took the time to listen and address my concerns with genuine care. His calm and reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. Based on my visit, I found him to be knowledgeable and thorough, and I felt confident in his guidance. Lovely doctor excellent nurse. Took time to attend to my daughter and despite being a busy practise with only 2 doctors they didn’t rush us. The care was good enough to make me consider switching GPs to here for good

Our Dr was pleasant and thorough. Very happy with this practice. Friendly receptionist and wait time was minimal. Great that Pathology is there also.

I was a new patient, unemployed and needed to see a GP. I felt no judgement or disappointment with a peace of mind to know I was openly accepted as a new patient. The lady receptionist, wow she had the most kindest and welcoming approach in her voice, that instantly made me feel and believe that I found the right place to be. When I requested to see the doctor, thinking I may of had a bit of a waiting period. Too my surprise I got an appointment straight away. When I arrived for my appointment not long after, I was treated with respect and kindness, like the receptionist was a true Professional at this and had mastered her communication skills a thousand times over. I felt important and that I truly mattered and that I wasn't just another number or another dollar bill in someones pay check. The doctor, OMG He definitely, took his time and gave me an overall thorough health check-up as I requested, he did not rush like time to him wasn't an issue, I admired that about him as I have not seen any doctor before like him. He honoured his duty of care to me and we got personal and in-depth with hard to talk about questions, trusting him completely with my honest answers so he could better help me, I am pretty sure I intuitively sensed a sixth sense about him or he had an incredible gift of wisdom and knowledge. I am grateful to be a patient there and I had already told friends that if they needed a good doctor. Illawarra general practice in Market Street Wollongong was the place to go.

It was an excellent consultation with the GP, Dr. Suganya. I am an overseas visitor and this is the first consultation I had with her, which was very satisfying and comforting. I am basically a cardiac patient having undergone heart valve replacement surgeries three times in India. She was very fast in understanding the whole episodes and was quick to respond to our queries and cocerns. Highly knowledgeable, she had lot of patience to explain things and took special personal care during the whole consultation. Thank you Dr. Suganya. Chitra Murthy Age 61 years

I can’t speak highly enough of the medical practice. I’ve been going here for nearly a year now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Sarah (nurse) & Dr. Suganya are fantastic. Sometimes there is a brief wait time for appointments but the quality of service is great.
